AccessMyLan from O2 provides business customers with an easy to install and easy to manage, secure remote access solution. This means you can connect to your office away from the office. You can access your office network, with all your folders and files, just as if you were at your desk – with total security.

What does it do for you?

• Staff Mobility: AccessMyLan allows users to work remotely as if they were in the office
• Network Access: The remote PC user has secure access to email, to files stored on the company server and to all business applications such as Finance and CRM
• Mail Enabled Handsets: SmartPhone handsets with direct Push e-mail capability can securely connect to Microsoft Exchange servers in the office providing real-time access to company e-mail, calendar and contact information
• Flexibility: AccessMyLan provides flexibility to add and remove users as needed
• Simplicity: Your customer does not need to purchase any additional hardware, does not need to configure their firewall and doesn’t need to be a networking & security expert

How to get set up?

• Step 1: Register with AccessMyLan below. Note this is in addition to your o2.ie registration.
  
• Step 2: Install the VPN software on your company server as per the installation wizard.
  
• Step 3: Add any users by entering their mobile number.

Once you have setup AccessMyLan, you can click on the link at any time to add new devices or users and manage your network. Only authorised account holders can register for this service. To install the VPN software on your server you may need to contact your IT administrator.

How much does it cost?

Cost of the service is €15.00 subscription per user per month plus associated data usage. Subscription charges will be added to your bill and normal data charges will apply.
