Repairs Service

Cellular World has a fast and efficient repairs department, which constantly strives to improve service and turnaround time to all our customers.

We aim to turnaround warranty repairs within 5 working days from the day we receive your handset. (This may vary depending on parts availability at Service Centres)

If you need to return an item for repair, all you have to do is contact your Cellular World Account Manager or simply call 01-2061001. We will then arrange for your unit to be picked up and returned at any location nationwide via our Corporate Drivers or by S.D.S. (In this case we will send you a prepaid SDS envelope to return your handset). We offer all of our customers a Loan phone while their phone is being repaired.
